Which phones does B&A work on?
B&A is an iPhone app, available on the App Store.
What does it cost?
B&A starts with a free trial. After that you choose a monthly or yearly plan. The price shows in the app in your currency before you subscribe, and Apple handles billing.
How do I cancel?
In your iPhone's Settings, under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Where are my photos kept?
The face guide runs on your phone. Photos you save are stored on servers in Sydney, Australia, so you can compare them over time. You can delete them, or your account, at any time.
My clinic gave me a link. What do I do?
Open it and sign in with your B&A account to link to your clinic. You choose which collections they can see, and you can disconnect at any time.
