Who can see my B&A photos?

By the Before & After team · 20 October 2026 · 1 min read

Your B&A photos are yours. A clinic sees only the collections you choose to share with it, and you can stop sharing or disconnect at any time.

Where are my B&A photos stored?

The face guide runs on your phone. Photos you save are stored on servers in Sydney, Australia, so you can compare them over time.

Can my clinic see all my photos?

Only the collections you pick. When you link to a clinic, nothing is shared until you choose. You can also choose to share new collections automatically, and turn that off again later.

Who at the clinic can see my photos?

Staff at the clinic location you linked to, and the clinic's group admins. The photos are view only in the clinic's portal, with no download button, and every view is logged with who looked and when.

The B&A support team can open your photos when they need to help with your account. Those views and downloads are logged too.

How do I stop sharing with a clinic?

Sign in on the B&A website under My clinics. Untick the collections you want to keep private, or disconnect from the clinic. If you disconnect, you keep your account and every photo.

Can I delete my photos?

Yes. You can delete photos, or your whole account, at any time in the app.

Take the same photo every time

B&A guides your phone to the same distance, angle and position for every photo.
